Naples Highest Home Sale for October 2020 - Old Naples Florida Real Estate
Naples home sales continued to increase in October with 1,216 closed sales - 78 more than September. One of those sales was over $10 million and twenty-one sales were higher than $5 million.
The highest closed sale was 700 Admiralty Parade West, a waterfront estate in Port Royal that closed for $18.5 million. The new construction home has 7,640 interior square feet including 5 bedrooms + den and 5-full and 2-half bathrooms. The asking price was $18.9 million. The home built in 2020 features water views and a beautiful pool.
The home was listed by Toby Cloutier of London Bay Realty and sold by Janie Darling of Premier Sotheby's International Realty.
