Report on Contracts Signed Naples Residential Properties $2 million and above __________________________________________ 24 Contracts Signed
The luxury market is on fire in Naples. Multi-million dollar properties are being grabbed up with many buyers making offers sight-unseen. There are currently fewer than 500 available homes listed over $2 million. The number of contracts over $2 million signed in Naples was up five this week to twenty-four. The total volume was $107,287,000.
The No. 1 contract signed was 751 Galleon Drive in the Port Royal neighborhood with an asking price of $8,950,000. The home was built in 2009 and completely renovated in 2019. It was on the market for only 23 days. The estate features 6,204 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 5-full and 2-half bathrooms. The home has 135-feet of waterfront and is eligible for immediate membership at the Port Royal Club.
The No. 2 contract signed was 105 Bonaire Lane on a double lot on Barefoot Beach in North Naples. The asking price for the new construction home was $8,750,000. The home is two lots from the beach and was on the market for five days. Featuring 5 bedrooms, and 5-full and 2-half bathrooms, the home was sold furnished.
