Nineteen contracts over $2 million were signed this week in Naples, down eight from last week. The total volume was $77,548,000.
The No. 1 contract signed was 800 17th Avenue S in the Aqualane Shores neighborhood with an asking price of $7,995,000. (Last week's number one was also on this street). The home was built in 2017 and was on the market for only 38 days. The estate features 4,831 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 5-full and 1-half bathrooms. The home was designed by local architect Falcon Design.
The No. 2 contract signed was 271 3rd Street W. in the Bonita Springs neighborhood of Little Hickory Shores. The asking price for the new construction home was $6,625,000. The waterfront home features 5 bedrooms, and 5-full and 1-half bathrooms. It is scheduled to be completed in December 2020.
