Twenty-seven contracts over $2 million were signed this week in Naples, up four from last week. The total volume was $98,808,050.
The No. 1 contract signed was 940 17th Avenue S in the Aqualane Shores neighborhood with an asking price of $9,597,000. The new construction home sits near the end of the canal, very close to Naples Bay. The estate features 7,111 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 6-full and 2-half bathrooms. The home is scheduled to be completed in January 2021.
The No. 2 contract signed was 655 16th Avenue S. - also in Aqualane Shores and is also new construction. The asking price was $7,395,000. The home features 4 bedrooms, and 4-full and 2-half bathrooms. It features a 2,000 square foot outdoor living space on the water.
