Twenty-three contracts over $2 million were signed this week in Naples, down five from last week. The total volume was $113,556,000.
Geek Stat: This week had the highest number of contracts signed over $10 mil since the start of the pandemic in March. This is the second week in a row that one of the top two homes was designed by architect Jeff Harrell.
The No. 1 contract signed was 3675 Gordon Drive in the Port Royal neighborhood with an asking price of $12,500,000. The waterfront home was built in 2006 and the current owners paid $11,700,000 for the home in 2014. The estate features 7,873 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 6-full and 1-half bathrooms. The home has a private boat dock and lift.
The No. 2 contract signed was 277 Gulf Shore Blvd - a new construction home in Old Naples that was on the market for one day. The asking price was $10,400,000. The home features 5 bedrooms, 5-full and 2-half bathrooms, and a 3,500 square foot rooftop deck. It's just a short walk to the beach and two blocks from Fifth Avenue shopping and dining.
