Twenty-eight contracts over $2 million were signed this week in Naples, down one from the previous week's twenty-nine.
The No. 1 contract signed was 3760 Fort Charles Drive in the Port Royal neighborhood. The asking price was $14,500,000. The magnificent home and guest home were built in 2002 and the current owners paid $15,000,000 for the home in 2012. The estate features 13,361 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 7-full and 4-half bathrooms. The owner will be eligible for Port Royal Club membership.
The No. 2 contract signed was 245 North Lake Drive - a new construction home in Old Naples that will be finished in 2021. The asking price was $10,295,000. The home was designed by renowned local architect Jeff Harrell and will feature 5 bedrooms and 5-full and 2-half bathrooms. It's just a short walk to the beach on one of Old Naples most private streets.
