Twentynine contracts over $2 million were signed this in Naples. It's starting to look more like January than October. The total volume was $140,313,900. This is the first time since the start of the pandemic that we have had two homes priced higher than $10 million go under contract in one week.
The No. 1 contract signed was 700 Admiralty Parade in Port Royal. The asking price was $18,900,000. The new construction home was built by London Bay Homes and was on the market for 136 days. The home features 7,640 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 5-full and 2-half bathrooms. The owner will be eligible for Port Royal Club membership.
The No. 2 contract signed was 3300 Green Dolphin Lane, also in Port Royal. The asking price was $17,900,000. Also new construction, the home was built by A. Allen Vernon and was on the market for 170 days. The new waterfront home owner will be eligible for Port Royal Club membership.
