32 Contracts Signed

Thirty-two contracts over $2 million were signed this in Naples - the highest number since the pandemic started in March. The total volume was $137,601,899. This is only the second time since march that the total was more than $100 million in one week. 

The No. 1 contract signed was 7347 Tilden Lane in Bay Colony Shores - a gated community within Pelican Bay. The asking price was $9,900,000. The home was built in 1998 and was on the market for 67 days. The home features 7,409 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 6-full and 2-half bathrooms. Owners in Bay Colony have a private beach and tennis club, and full use of all of the Pelican Bay amenities. 

The No. 2 contract signed was 776 16th Ave South on the end of a canal in Aqualane Shores. The asking price was $8,750,000 and it was on the market for 90 days. The home was built in 1950 - the original home to this lot - and while beautiful and unique in it's current condition, it will most likely be torn down.
