Report on Contracts Signed Naples Residential Properties $2 million and above ______________________________________________ 18 Contracts Signed
The market is holding steady with 18 contracts signed this week in Naples for properties priced over $2 million. This is only one less than last week. This is the first time since the start of the pandemic that our two highest selling homes are not in Port Royal or Old Naples.
The No. 1 contract signed was 313 Turtle Hatch Road in Park Shore, asking $7,597,000. The new construction home was on the market for 86 days and features 6,085 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 5-full and 2-half bathrooms. This is a waterfront home on Venetian Bay.
The No. 2 contract signed was 16622 Firenze, in the country club community of Talis Park. The asking price for home was $7,490,000 and it was on the market for only 273 days. The home built in 2018 features 11,738 square feet including 6+ bedrooms and 6-full and 4-half bathrooms.
