Report on Contracts Signed Naples Residential Properties $2 million and above ______________________________________________ 23 Contracts Signed
23 contracts over $2 million were signed this in Naples - six more than last week. September is usually our slowest real estate month, but luxury sales are remaining strong.
The No. 1 contract signed was 3100 Gordon Drive - a beach front estate with an whopping asking price of $39,900,000. The home was built in 2009 and features 274 feet of beach. The home was on the market for 228 days and features 15,264 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 6-full and 2-half bathrooms. The current owner bought the house in 2012 for $47,250,000. For our Stat-geeks: This is similar in size and age to last week's number one contract - the beachfront raises the price on that house by $20 million.
The No. 2 contract signed was 11125 Gulf Shore Drive - residence #703 in the Moraya Bay high rise. The asking price for the beachfront condo was $5,995,000 and it was on the market for only 32 days. Moraya Bay is the newest high rise on Vanderbilt Beach - built in 2009 - and is home to many celebrities.
