Highest Home Sale for August 2020 - Old Naples Florida Real Estate

Home sales held steady in August with 1,087 closed sales in Naples, Florida - just 17 fewer than July.  Two of those sales were over $10 million and six sales were higher than $5 million.  

The highest closed sale was 3065 Fort Charles Drive, a waterfront estate in Port Royal that closed for $13.5 million.  The new construction home has 5,389 interior square feet including 3 bedrooms + den and 3-full and 1-half bathrooms.  The asking price was $13.9 million.  The home built in 2015 features water views and a beautiful pool.  

The home was listed and sold by Richard Prebish of William Raveis Real Estate.
