Report on Contracts Signed Naples Residential Properties $2 million and above _____________________________________________ 15 Contracts Signed
This week Naples had fifteen contracts signed at $2 million or above. Geek stat: This is the first week since the beginning of April that there was not a contract signed over $4 million.
The No. 1 contract signed was 195 2nd Ave North in Old Naples. The asking $3,695,000 for the home built in 1969. The owners paid $1,365,000 for the home in 2003 and it was only on the market for one day. The home is in the prestigious "100" block meaning it's within a block of the beach.
The No. 2 contract was 2130 Tarpon Road in Royal Harbor, a waterfront neighborhood on Naples Bay. The asking price for the new construction home was $3,495,000 and was on the market for only 16 days. The home features 3,240 square feet including 4-bedrooms, and 4-full bathrooms.
