The No. 2 contract signed was 191 7th Ave North, also in Old Naples. The asking price for home was $5,549,000 which was on the market for only 3 days. The home built in 2014 features 5,224 square feet including 5 bedrooms + den, and 5-full and 2-half bathrooms.
