10 Contracts Signed
For the second week in a row, Naples saw ten contracts signed at $2 million or above. This comes as a glimmer of resistance as Naples tries to shake off the effects of the pandemic.
The No. 1 contract signed was 777 Kings Town Drive asking $8,495,000 in the waterfront community of Port Royal. The estate built in 1988 and the owners paid $7.4 mil for the home in 2017. It was on the market for only 43 days and offers 6,498 interior square feet with 4-bedrooms + den, and 4-full and 2-half bathrooms.
The No. 2 contract was 656 Gordonia Road in the north Naples neighborhood Pine Ridge. The asking price for the home built in 2018 was $5,695,000 and was on the market for only 13 days. The home features 6,398 square feet including 5-bedrooms + den, and 5-full and 2-half bathrooms.
