The new construction home has 5,000 interior square feet including 5 bedrooms and 5-full and 2-half bathrooms. The asking price was $10.9 million. The home features water views, a massive pool area and a 2nd level terrace for sunsets and even more views. Eligible for direct Port Royal Club membership.
