Luxury Contracts Signed This Week 7/11/20 :: Old Naples Florida Real Estate

Report on Contracts Signed
Naples Residential Properties
$2 million and above
_________________________________________________
7 Contracts Signed

Seven contracts were signed this week $2 million or above, down six from last week. As Covid-19 positive test numbers continue to rise in Florida, our real estate market is starting to cool. While our numbers have been on the rise for more than two weeks, our death rate remains below 2% - an interesting metric to watch as the virus mutates and hopefully becomes less harmful.

Here's a look at luxury contracts signed in Naples this week:

The No. 1 contract signed was 3800 Fort Charles Drive, a contemporary waterfront estate in Port Royal designed by esteemed local architect Andrea Clark-Brown. The asking price for the 1996 home was $8,950,000. This is an oversized lot near the southern tip of Fort Charles Drive. Benefiting from over 170 feet on the water, it enjoys westerly views of the wildlife preserve, Old Harbour Channel, and Doubloon Bay. This property is eligible for Port Royal Club membership.

The No. 2 contract was 15310 Corsini Way - a luxury golf estate in Mediterra. The asking price was $4,062,000 after a drop from $4,975,000. The home built in 2002 was listed for 888 days and features 6,572 square feet including 4 bedrooms + den, and 5 full and 1 half bathrooms. This home is eligible for immediate Mediterra Golf Membership.
