The No. 1 contract signed was 3131 Fort Charles Drive, a waterfront estate in Port Royal asking $6,725,000. This sale is considered land value - the home was an original 1965 with a mansard roof and was marketed as a building lot with 162-feet of water frontage. This property is eligible for Port Royal Club membership and is a short walk to the Club and beach.
The No. 2 contract was 2595 Half Moon Walk - another Port Royal home but this one is on a lake and not on navigable water. The asking price was $6,595,000 after a drop from $6,900,000. The home built in 2002 was listed for 353 days and features 6,042 square feet including 5 bedrooms + den, and 5 full and 1 half bathrooms. This home is eligible for Port Royal Club membership.
