Eighteen contracts were signed this week $2 million or above, tying the highest total in the pandemic period, which was recorded in the last week of May.
Here's a look at luxury contracts signed in Naples this week:
The No. 1 contract signed was 3330 Rum Row asking $11,475,000 in the waterfront community of Port Royal. The new construction estate was listed pre-construction almost 600 days ago. The recently completed home offers 5,306 square feet and is the third most expensive home to sell in 2020. The house has 5 bedrooms and 5-full and 2-half bathrooms and also includes a 4-car garage. This home is eligible for Port Royal Club Membership.
The No. 2 contract was 16737 Prato Way - a luxury golf estate in the north Naples community of Talis Park. The asking price was $5,270,000 and was on the market for only 6 days. The home built in 2015 features 6,820 square feet including 4 bedrooms + den, and 4-full and 3-half bathrooms. Talis Park is one of the most exclusive residential golf communities in Southwest Florida and membership is required for all residents.
