Naples luxury home sales remain steady with seventeen contracts signed again this week for listings at $2 million or higher - the same number as last week.
For our statistic lovers - six of the contracts signed this week were over $5 million.
Here's a look at luxury contracts signed in Naples this week:
The No. 1 contract signed was 450 14th Ave South, a waterfront new construction home in Aqualane Shores that is not yet finished. The asking price was $8,495,000. The home features 6,201 interior square feet with 5 bedrooms plus a den, and 6 full and 1 half bathrooms. It will feature an outdoor living setup complete with saltwater pool/spa, fire place, outdoor kitchen fully protected by automated screens/shutters, and a waterside fire pit area next to the new seawall including an 83’ Ipe dock. Construction is expected to be complete in the fall of 2020.
The No. 2 contract was 6621 George Washington Way - again a new construction home in the resort community of Pelican Bay. The asking price was $6,995,000 and it was on the market for 105 days which was probably due to Covid. The home features 6,150 square feet including 5 bedrooms + den and 5 full and 2 half bathrooms. Amenities in Pelican Bay include 3 miles of deeded beach with 2 ocean front beach clubs; an active tennis program; 27 holes of golf and more.
