Seventeen contracts were signed for listings at $2 million or higher - three more than last week.
For our statistic lovers - since the stay-at-home orders started mid-March, $527,454,771 in contracts have been signed over $2 million. Three of those contracts were over $10 million.
Here's a look at what happened this week:
The No. 1 contract signed was 110 Guadalupe Lane - a home directly on the beach - one of the most beautiful beaches in world - Barefoot Beach. Listed at $8,990,000, the home was sold off market - never offered in the MLS. The current owner paid $7,482,500 for the home in 2015. Built in 2008, the home features 8,030 interior square feet with 5 bedrooms plus a den, and 5 full and 2 half bathrooms. Jaw dropping Gulf of Mexico views are the highlight of this home that was fully updated in 2016.
The No. 2 contract was 2615 Tarpon Drive - a waterfront home with arguably the best view in Royal Harbor. The asking price was $7,650,000 and it was on the market for 20 days. The home built in 2014 features 8,972 square feet including 5 bedrooms + den and 5 full and 3 half bathrooms.
