8 Contracts Signed
Eight contracts were signed last week for listings at $2 million or higher. For our statistics lovers - in the last 8 weeks, 32 luxury contracts were signed in Naples - a much lower number than we would normally see this time of year.
The No. 1 contract signed was 4101 Gulf Shore Blvd N #9N - a condo in the exclusive Regent building in Park Shore, listed at $9,000,000. The condo was on the market for one year before going under contract. The owner paid $6,000,000 when they bought the condo in 2005. The No. 2 contract was 1870 4th Street S - a waterfront home in Aqualane Shores - just south of Old Naples. The asking price was $7,900,000 and was on the market for 342 days. The total interior living space is 4,308 square feet including 4 bedrooms plus den and 4 full and 2 half bathrooms. The meticulously kept grounds include summer kitchen with Lynx grill, heated pool and spa, custom covered boat slip and an elevated viewing deck perfect for watching the magnificent sunsets.
