Another strong week in Naples luxury real estate with fourteen contracts signed for listings at $2 million or higher.
For our statistic lovers - since the stay-at-home orders started 10 weeks ago 90 contracts have been signed for $2 million and above. Here's a look at what happened this week:
The No. 1 contract signed was 1777 Galleon Dr - a waterfront mansion in Port Royal, listed at $22,900,000. The estate sits on a double lot with 1.5 acres and has sweeping water views across the Naples Bay inlet to Gordons Pass. The home was on the market for 498 days before going under contract. Built in 2017, the home features 10,400 interior square feet with 5 bedrooms plus a den, and 5 full and 4 half bathrooms.
