The number of luxury contracts signed this week mirrors the uptick in activity we've seen as Florida started our Phase-1 reopening this week. Listings are up, pending sales are up, and showings are up.  Things are starting to move. 

The No. 1 contract signed this week was 3430 Gin Lane in Port Royal, a luxury estate asking $10,900,000.  The home was listed in early January and was on the market for 120 days.  The owner paid $9,150,000 when they bought the home in 2016.  The home is 10 years old and has 6,806 interior square feet and features 4 bedrooms+den and 4 full and 2 half bathrooms.  The waterfront home is situated on a wide canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico - just minutes away.  This home is eligible for the very exclusive Port Royal Club Membership.  

The No. 2 contract signed was 11125 Gulf Shore Dr N - a beachfront condo in the exclusive Moraya Bay high rise.  The asking price was $5,695,000 and was on the market for only 1 day.  The total interior living space is 4,389 square feet including 3 bedrooms+den and 3 full and 1 half bathrooms.  Moraya Bay is a high security building with numerous celebrity residents.  This is one of the only buildings on the beach with chair service.
