The number of luxury contracts signed this week mirrors the uptick in activity we've seen as Florida started our Phase-1 reopening this week. Listings are up, pending sales are up, and showings are up. Things are starting to move.
The No. 1 contract signed this week was 3430 Gin Lane in Port Royal, a luxury estate asking $10,900,000. The home was listed in early January and was on the market for 120 days.
