Faith has been restored in luxury buyers for Naples properties. Eighteen contracts were signed last week for listings at $2million or higher. This is still less than we would normally see during our busy season but an impressive number for late May and may be a sign up pent up demand.
The No. 1 contract signed was 3455 Gordon Drive - a waterfront estate in Port Royal, listed at $9,499,000. The home was on the market for 82 days before going under contract. This was an inherited family estate in the same family since 1968. The home was built in 1953 and has 2,310 interior square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
