Faith has been restored in luxury buyers for Naples properties. Eighteen contracts were signed last week for listings at $2million or higher. This is still less than we would normally see during our busy season but an impressive number for late May and may be a sign up pent up demand.
The No. 1 contract signed was 3455 Gordon Drive - a waterfront estate in Port Royal, listed at $9,499,000. The home was on the market for 82 days before going under contract.
