There are half the number of luxury sales this week compared to last week in Naples. This time of year traditionally marks the end of our busy Season - it will be interesting to see if business ramps up again as we head toward summer, or if we will stay quiet until the fall.

The No. 1 contract signed was 1779 4th Street South in Aqualane Shores, a luxury estate asking $5,950,000. The home was listed during our quarantine and was on the market for 24 days. The owner paid $5,550,000 when they bought it new in 2017. The home has 4,501 interior square feet and features 4 bedrooms+den and 4 and a half bathrooms. Located near the beach and on a canal that leads directly to the Gulf of Mexico.

The No. 2 contract was 141 Gulf Shore Blvd S - an Old Naples home asking $4,950,000 that was on the market for only 2 days. The total interior living space is 3,966 square feet including 5 bedrooms plus den and 5 full and 1 half bathrooms. The home built in 2008 sits just a block from the beach.
