Not only have luxury sales continued through our Covid-19 quarantine, we have one more sale this week than we did last week. While it is good to see continuing sales, compared to our normal level of activity this time of year, it seems our market has gone into a bit of a hibernation. 

The No. 1 contract signed was 1276 Osprey Trail in The Estuary at Grey Oaks, a luxury estate asking $6,895,000 and on the market only 28 days.
