And then there were two. While real estate is considered an essential business in Florida, our market has come to a grinding halt as many people are following orders to stay at home, and not out looking at real estate unless they HAVE to move right now. We are equipped for virtual showings, but don't expect to see a lot of luxury sales happen through virtual showings this month. 

The No. 1 contract signed was 2716 Buckthorn Way in the Estates at Grey Oaks. The asking price was $3,399,000, and was put up for auction, a new phenomena in our luxury market. The owner paid $2,450,000 in July of 2013 and did extensive updates to the home. The home has 5,623 interior square feet and features 4 bedrooms+den and 5 bathrooms, and requires a mandatory membership to the Club at Grey Oaks.

The No. 2 contract was 28891 Sommers Drive in Quail West. The asking price was $3,200,000 and it was on the market for only 2 days. The home has 4,158 square feet including 4 bedrooms + den and 4.5 bathrooms. Membership is required at the Quail West Golf Club.
