Once again we have one more sale this week than we did last week. There were 19,000 real estate showings in Naples in March - quite a high number when the state was under a shut-down order. Real estate is essential and continues to be in demand.
The No. 1 contract signed was 190 1st Ave North in Old Naples, a luxury estate asking $7,750,000. This is a reduction from the original asking price of $7,995,000 when it was listed last October. The owner paid $6,400,000 when they bought it new in 2016. The home was built in 2016 and has 5,744 interior square feet and features 5 bedrooms+den and 5 full and 2 half bathrooms. Located just a block from the beach, this home is in an ideal Old Naples location.
The No. 2 contract was 105 Felipe Lane - a Barefoot Beach home asking $6,495,000 that was listed last November. The total interior living space is 9,000 square feet including 4 bedrooms plus den and 5 full and 1 half bathrooms. The home built in 2008 sits on a double lot and only has one home between it and one of the most beautiful beaches in the United States.
