4 Contracts Signed

Covid-19 has not stopped some buyers in the Naples luxury market. Four contracts were signed this week on homes asking over $2 million. Admittedly the majority of our sales have slowed giving buyers and sellers a breather to plan their strategy for when the world re-opens. 

The No. 1 contract signed was 3801 Fort Charles Drive in Port Royal. The asking price was $8,950,000, reduced from $9,950,000 when it was listed in January. The owner paid $10,350,000 in June of 2001. The home has 7,337 interior square feet and features 5 bedrooms+den and 5 full and 2 half bathrooms. This waterfront home is eligible for a membership to the prestigious Port Royal Club. 

The No. 2 contract was 2345 Lantern Lane, also in Port Royal. The asking price was $5,995,000 and it was on the market for 92 days. The home has 5,365 square feet including 5 bedrooms + den and 6.5 bathrooms. The home is not on navigable water, but is eligible for a Port Royal Club membership.
