Five contracts were signed over $2 million in Naples last week. This number looks more like an August/September market than the height of our Season, but while sales have slowed, they have not stopped.
The No. 1 contract signed was 201 Harbour Dr #8 in Vista Royale in the Moorings. The asking price was $3,500,000. The owner paid $3,250,000 in March of 2011. The home has 4,500 interior square feet and features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and is waterfront on Doctors Bay.
The No. 2 contract was 230 7th Ave N. in Old Naples. The asking price for the 1950's home was $2,850,000 and it was on the market for only 20 days. The home has 1,884 square feet including 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home was significantly renovated and is a block from the Gulf of Mexico.
