Sixteen contracts were signed over $1million in Naples last week - an encouraging number given what is happen in the world with Coronavirus.  Falling interest rates and strong cash positions seem to outweigh the fear and volatility in the market.

The No. 1 contract signed was 9235 Gulf Shore Dr. #702 in The Vanderbilt on Vanderbilt Beach.  The asking price was $3,745,000, reduced from $3,845,000 when it was listed in October 2019.  The owner paid $2.6 million in September of 2009. The condo has 3,820 interior square feet and features 3 bedrooms+den and 3.5 bathrooms and sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico.

The No. 2 contract was 8062 Vizcaya Way in Bay Colony - Pelican Bay.  The asking price was $3,150,000 and it was on the market for only 22 days.  The villa has 3489 square feet including 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.  It includes membership to the Bay Colony Beach Club and has access to three private beaches.
